Mighty Boba Truck Comes to LA 18 { jennifer }

Just in time for Summer!

The Mighty Boba Truck—a gourmet food truck that creates delicious Taiwanese food and Boba teas – came to LA 18 for a private event! Delicious lunch set boxes with boba drink!

All LA 18 Employees were excited for some Taiwanese eats and refreshing boba tea drinks to satisfy their palates.

This was our first time ever having a food truck come to the station to cater. We didn’t know what to expect and had to plan accordingly.

Our VP of HR and I set up a useful staggered lunch schedule to prevent any carmageddon-type back up of hungry employees. It worked out great!

Convenient + Delicious Food = Happy Employees, right?

Lunch Box Meal Set comes with choice of entrée, rice, veggies and boba tea drink!
Entrée Choices: (pictures attached)
- Buttermilk Popcorn Chicken: bite-sized popcorn chicken (basil and buttermilk batter)
- Island Pork Chops: grilled boneless pork chops with Taiwanese Island flavors
- Taiwanese Sweet Sausage: sweet pork sausage made with Taiwanese spices
- Marinated Tofu Steak: slabs of tofu marinated in sweet soy sauce and grilled to perfection
Drink Choices: (with or without boba) You can also customize the amount of sweetness
- Milk Teas: Milk tea, Milk green tea, Honey milk tea, Honey milk green tea, Almond milk tea
- Refreshing Teas: Black tea, Green tea, Honey black or green tea, Passion fruit black or green tea, Mango black or green tea
